Terms of Service

Recall Healing (Recall Healing) sessions are educational and developmental meetings that help broaden awareness and support work with emotions. This is not medical treatment, psychological therapy, or psychotherapy within the meaning of the law. If you have health problems, always consult a doctor or appropriate specialist – my sessions do not replace medical care.

You participate in the session voluntarily and consciously. The effects may vary – depending on your individual predispositions.

Everything discussed during the session remains between us. Your information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. 🔒

The appointment is booked after payment is made. The session fee is remuneration for the reserved consultant's time on a specific day and time. We can reschedule the session up to 24 hours before the session, but the fee is non-refundable. In case of lateness, the session takes place in the remaining time, without extension or changes to the fee.

1. The "Deep Work" package is available, including 5 sessions for the price of 4.
2. Payment for the package (290 EUR) is made upfront.
3. The package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.
4. There are no refunds for unused sessions if the package expires or if the client resigns during the process.

A standard consultation lasts up to 60 minutes. If we jointly decide to extend it, we will settle the additional time proportionally.

If after the session you need to clarify doubts or explain something, you can email me. If possible, we can also talk briefly (a few minutes) by phone.

I conduct sessions online via Google Meet (or another platform we agree on). Please ensure:

• a working internet connection and appropriate equipment
• a quiet, comfortable place ensuring privacy and silence

Recording or otherwise saving the session without my formal consent is prohibited.

Materials you receive during the session are for your personal use and are protected by copyright. Please do not share them further or use them commercially.

I process your personal data in accordance with GDPR (Art. 6(1)(a)) solely for the purpose of organizing the session and contacting you.

You have the right to:

• access your data
• correct it
• delete it
• restrict processing

at any time.
