A biological conflict is a key concept in Recall Healing. It is a situation where a stimulus (external or internal) exceeds our adaptive capabilities and triggers an automatic body response.

For an event to become a biological conflict, 3 conditions must be met:

• Stimulus strength greater than everyday stress
• Unexpected nature (shock or long-term repetitions)
• Sense of isolation – lack of support

It is very individual. Sometimes one session is enough, sometimes 3-5 are needed. We will know more after the first session. If we decide on longer work, you can use the Deep Work package (5 sessions for the price of 4).

The session is individual – it is your time and space. But if you wish, a close person can be "in the background" for your comfort.

No. Sessions are NOT recorded. Everything you say stays between us - professional confidentiality applies.

I conduct sessions online via Google Meet (or another platform we agree on). Please ensure:

• a stable internet connection and appropriate equipment
• a calm, comfortable place ensuring privacy and silence

You don't have to remember anything. This is normal. Often the body remembers more than the mind. During the session, I use tools that help find the cause - even if you don't consciously remember it at the moment.

YES! I even encourage it. Recall Healing/Recall Healing greatly complements:

• Psychotherapy
• Medical treatment
• Physiotherapy
• Other forms of support

I understand that life can be unpredictable.

• Cancellation up to 24h before the session: we reschedule, no extra fee
• No contact ("no-show"): 100% of the price is forfeited

I can explain how your medications work (pharmacology, mechanisms) – this is pharmaceutical education. I CANNOT: change the dose, discontinue the drug, or replace the doctor – this is the competence of your attending physician. We work ALONGSIDE medical treatment, not instead of it.

YES. Working with emotions happens IN PARALLEL with treatment – it does not replace it.

I have a pharmaceutical education and I am a Recall Healing consultant.

The session lasts 60 minutes and is educational. It consists of 5 steps:

1. Introduction and discussion of the symptom (Discovery Session)
2. Organizing the mechanism based on Recall Healing (Discovery Session)
3. Explaining the biological logic (Discovery Session)
4. Identification of emotions associated with the symptom + short exercise (Recall Healing / emotional release)
5. Practical work and emotional release – the heart of the Classic Session

Yes, I conduct all sessions online. Working with emotions does not require physical presence – it relies on understanding and education during our conversation.

Online gives you the comfort of your own, safe place, which often facilitates working with emotions.

During the session, you will learn:

• How Recall Healing interprets symptoms as biological reactions to emotions
• To recognize emotions written in your body
• You will understand the mechanism of your symptom from the perspective of biological logic
• You will learn various techniques for working with emotions
• How to consciously work with emotions in everyday life
