We collect only the data necessary to provide Recall Healing consultation services:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Information provided during the consultation (voluntarily)

• Scheduling and conducting a consultation session
• Contact related to the scheduled session
• Answering questions and inquiries
• Issuing an invoice (if requested)
• Data archiving for accounting purposes (in accordance with the law)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) - consent to contact and schedule a session
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) - implementation of the consultation session
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) - issuing invoices and archiving accounting documents

I store your personal data for the following period:

• Contact details: until consent is withdrawn or for 3 years from the last session
• Accounting documents (invoices): 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act
• Email correspondence: until consent is withdrawn

• Right of access - you can request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification - you can correct incorrect data
• Right to erasure - you can request deletion of data (except for accounting documents)
• Right to restriction of processing - you can restrict how data is processed
• Right to data portability - you can receive data in electronic format
• Right to object - you can withdraw consent to data processing
• Right to complain - you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)

Your data is protected against unauthorized access:

• Encrypted HTTPS connection
• Secure data storage
• Access only for the administrator (Karolina Orlikowska)
