Endometriosis in Recall Healing: Why Does Your Body Build a "Substitute Home"?

Endometriosis in Recall Healing is a 'substitute nest' conflict. Discover why your body creates extra space and the emotional roots of painful periods.

Have you ever wondered why your body reacts in a certain way? In Recall Healing, illness is seen as a biological survival program. Today, we will look closer at endometriosis and what your uterus is trying to communicate.

The Uterus – Your First Home

Before we understand endometriosis, let's look at the uterus as our first home. It is where a child develops, drawing a sense of safety. In Recall Healing, uterus problems are usually linked to so-called "nest conflicts". They may concern:

  • difficult moves or migrations in the family lineage,
  • loss of a home (fire, eviction, war),
  • feeling unsafe in your own home (alcoholism, violence, "cold home"),
  • inability to find one's place in the family.

It is also worth mentioning the Project Purpose, i.e., the perinatal period, which often programs our first associations with "home" (uterus).

Endometriosis – A Substitute Home?

In endometriosis, the endometrium (mucosa) appears outside the uterus – in the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or abdominal cavity. Biologically, the brain may say: "The home (uterus) is unsafe for a child, I must create a substitute place somewhere else."

The body literally builds a "substitute home". Why? Because the subconscious may register a program: "Pregnancy in this place (uterus/home) is dangerous" or "I cannot bring a child into this home because the atmosphere/conditions are not conducive."

Key Questions to Ask Yourself

If you suffer from endometriosis, reflect on these questions or the history of your family:

  1. Is my home a safe place? Do I feel like a guest in my own home?
  2. Is "my nest" ready for a child? Or am I afraid I won't cope / there's no room / partner is not ready?
  3. Was there a grandmother/great-grandmother who lost a home or had to flee?
  4. Do I feel I have to "be somewhere else" than where I am? Analysis of the conflict of "being able neither to stay nor to leave".

Endometriosis often also affects women who subconsciously fulfill a role other than their own – e.g., "mothering" their own parents or siblings. The "child" (energy) is then effectively placed outside the proper place.

Summary

Understanding this mechanism is the first step to healing. When we realize that the body is not attacking us, but trying to "save the species" by creating additional space, fear decreases. And in a state of relaxation, working with emotions proceeds much easier.
